3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.2 Cancellation by AQUA: If AQUA cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

4.1 Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their participation.

4.2 Fitness Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the fitness levels required for the activity.

4.3 Safety Compliance: All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by AQUA staff during expeditions or events.

 

5. Participant Responsibilities

5.1 Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, fellow participants, and local communities.

5.2 Equipment: Participants must handle provided equipment responsibly. Damages caused due to negligence may incur additional charges.

5.3 Compliance: Failure to follow instructions or non-compliance with terms may result in removal from the event without a refund.

 

6. Liability and Risk

6.1 Assumption of Risk: Adventure activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6.2 Insurance: AQUA strongly recommends participants purchase travel and health insurance that covers adventure activities.

6.3 Liability Limitation: AQUA is not liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Content Ownership: All content, including images, text, and logos on AQUA’s website, is the property of AQUA and protected by copyright laws.

7.2 Usage Restrictions: Content from our website cannot be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
