At Alpine Quest Adventures (AQUA), we strive to provide exceptional experiences and services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring changes to your plans. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
Cancellations by Customers: Refunds for cancellations made by customers will depend on the timeline of the request (see section 2 for details).
Cancellations by AQUA: In the rare event that AQUA cancels an expedition or event, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Non-Refundable Services: Certain services (e.g., permits, third-party bookings) may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation Timeline and Refund Percentage

Refund percentages are calculated on the total booking amount, excluding non-refundable services and transaction fees.
3. Modification Requests
Rescheduling: Customers may request to reschedule their booking up to 14 days before the event. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Substitutions: Customers can transfer their booking to another participant up to 7 days before the event, provided the substitute meets all eligibility requirements.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Failure to show up at the scheduled time and location of the event.
Cancellation requests made after the refund eligibility period.
Weather-related cancellations where the event proceeds as planned.
Expulsion from the event due to non-compliance with safety guidelines or terms and conditions.
5. Cancellation by AQUA
In the unlikely event that AQUA cancels an expedition or event due to unforeseen circumstances:
Customers will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
Alternatively, customers may opt to reschedule or receive a credit voucher for future events.
6. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@alpinequestadventures.events.
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
7. Force Majeure
AQUA is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other emergencies. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
